At Lira, we are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. Please review our exchange policy below:
• Exchanges are accepted within 48 hours after delivery.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
• Exchange requests will be approved only in cases of size issues or manufacturing defects.
• Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are not eligible for exchange.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Lira reserves the right to approve or decline exchange requests if the above conditions are not met.

Colour Disclaimer
At LIRA, we make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, variations may occur due to studio lighting, photography, fabric texture, and screen resolution or brightness settings on different devices. Therefore, minor color differences are not considered defects and are not eligible for exchange or return.
Alteration Service
Too big or too long? We’ll tailor it just right ✂️
Alteration fee: PKR 3,000.
All shipping and handling charges related to alterations are the responsibility of the customer.
